Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work for a lovely company based in the Surrey area. This is a varied part time Accounts Assistant role which will be supporting with the everyday finances - bookkeeping, invoicing, analysis, reporting but also support with admin for the team.

Hours: Part time - 3 full days or 9-2 / 9-2.30 over 5 days

Location: Office based - Parking onsite, own transport needed due to rural location

Accounts Assistant duties:

  • Creating and processing invoices
  • Chasing and processing payments
  • Reconciliations
  • Assisting with financial reports
  • General administration, answering the phones and support to the team when required

Skills and experience required:
  • Proven Accounts - Finance support experience, working in a similar accounting role
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Good IT skills
