Finance & Commercial Manager

We have the pleasure to be working with a very exciting Charity based in Norfolk - with beautiful surroundings they provide a significant impact on the lives of the people who have experienced homelessness and social exclusion. Due to expansion we are currently looking for a Finance and Commercial Manager to join the senior management team to make an impact across this Charity as they work towards some exciting projects. Typically the role will include:

  • Enhance and further develop a robust set of financial controls and procedures
  • Support the CEO with project financials across fundraising and grant applications
  • Manage and process claims for income streams such as Gift Aid
  • Prepare monthly management accounts for the Board with insights, trends and KPI's
  • Prepare annual budget
  • Day to day accounting requirements
  • VAT - partial exemptions
  • Staff expenses
  • Oversee annual audit

A great opportunity for this part time role to make a significant impact across the Charity - a team player and we will consider a Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA or AAT or QBE - Location is stunning 25 mins from Diss/Norwich/Lowestoft - experience in Charities is an advantage but not essential as support is available for this role - Part time flexible on days/hours - Due to the location it is not accessible by public transport so a own transport will be required.
