We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our legal practice. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a solicitors’ environment and possess excellent administrative and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to legal staff.
Managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
Preparing and formatting documents and correspondence.
Maintaining and updating client files and legal records.
Handling confidential information with discretion.
Assisting with diary management, appointments, and scheduling.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role within a solicitors’ firm would be a major plus.
Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A professional and proactive approach to work.
