This client is expanding across numerous Scottish locations and in this Prescribing Pharmacist role, you can offer a gold standard of healthcare to the to the wider community, on a Part Time basis 3 days p/w. Staffed with an ACT Pharmacy Manager and Dispensers.

*Double pharmacist cover on Fridays*

*Must be an Independent Prescriber*

Work Pattern:

• WK1: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday (8.30am - 5.30pm weekdays, 8.30am- 5pm Saturday)
• WK2: Wednesday , Thursday , Friday
• Av. Weekly hours: 26.75

• Prescribe medications in line with the legal framework and professional guidelines, ensuring they are appropriate, effective, and safe for the patient.
• Make decisions about drug therapies based on clinical judgment, taking into account patient preferences, allergies, comorbidities, and other medications.
• Monitor the effectiveness and safety of prescribed therapies, adjusting treatment plans as required.
• Deliver services on a face-to-face basis as the Pharmacy requires

• Salary £28 - £30p/hr (depending on experience)
• 5 weeks holiday + any public holidays (pro rata)
• Inclusion in profit-share bonus

• MUST be a qualified Pharmacist with GPhC registration
• MUST be IP qualified (or awaiting annotation)
