Your Key Responsibilities

· Deliver person-centered care, promoting independence and well-being.

· Support individuals with care plans, risk assessments, and positive behaviour strategies.

· Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.

· Accurately record daily activities and adhere to safeguarding protocols.

What You’ll Need

Experience supporting individuals with neurodiversity, mental health challenges, or learning disabilities.

A Level 2/3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it with our support).

Compassion, patience, resilience, and excellent communication skills.
