Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a part-time Administrator to join a dynamic and growing charity based in Wimbledon. Hours are Monday-Thursday 9-3pm so would be perfect for someone who is looking for work during school hours.

This isn’t your typical admin role—it’s an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and visitors
Scan and organise invoices, remittances, and other key documents
Reconcile and manage petty cash for the office
Track and update staff training, leave, and sickness records
Assist with the recruitment process (preparing folders, obtaining references, tracking DBS checks)
Handle social media updates, create newsletters, and audit staff records
Take minutes during staff meetings and ensure action points are followed up
Liaise with discharge teams to manage home vacancies
Support the Director with various administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and policy compliance

Proficiency in office software for managing records and documents
A proactive, can-do attitude towards managing multiple priorities
A friendly and professional approach when engaging with colleagues, clients, and visitors
