Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for an Early Years Lecturer to join our BCA team on a Part Time Basis (0.8 FTE) 29.6 hours per week.

Early Years Lecturer/ Assessor

This role involves ensuring high-quality teaching and effective learning using the college's resources efficiently and economically.The role requires teaching Early Years Level 2 and T Level, including assessing students during their industry placements.Key responsibilities include delivering a comprehensive teaching program focused on student progression and success, specifically targeting the T Level in Education and Early Years.Regular assessment and verification of student work, along with maintaining accurate records such as attendance, assessment results, and progress reports are crucial.
