We are seeking a proactive and committed individual to work alongside our Admissions Lead and School Business Manager in delivering high-quality administrative tasks to the school. The role requires someone with solid administrative skills who can assist the school with the admissions process, as well as student data.
We are looking for someone with the following attributes:

The ability to articulate and communicate, both verbally and in writing, to a wide range of individuals

A positive and engaging attitude
Knowledge of school terminology would be advantageous, as well as an understanding of autism, although not essential, as training will be provided.
This role involves:
Administrative support for the admissions process
Administrative support for assessments and reviews
Maintaining spreadsheets and archives of consultations
Filing and archiving
Compilation of reports
Organisation of attendance awards
This is a part-time role for 27.5 hours per week, 9.30 am to 3.00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Heathermount School is a day school providing an all-round education to meet the needs of students from the ages of 5 to 18 who have SEND with a primary diagnosis of autism.
