Job Title: SEN Teacher
Location Dibden Park School, Southampton SO45 5TD
Salary: Up to £50,000.00 per annum depending on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

Who we are looking for
You will be a passionate teacher and a great communicator, as comfortable talking to pupils as you are with contributing to the school’s vision and direction.
Our schools are unique environments, each one having its own special atmosphere and range of opportunities and resources. Our teachers enjoy becoming part of their school’s ‘family’, exploring the potential of the building and environment and getting to know the brilliant students in our care.
You will enjoy building these caring relationships as well as liaising with fellow professionals, whether they are colleagues in the same school or they work in the pupils' previous educational establishments.
You will have excellent written English skills too, along with a passion for working in collaboration with other members of our multidisciplinary team, sharing information in both formal and informal situations.

Dibden Park School is a brand-new school based in Southampton. Dibden Park School will place 60 students and will cater to students with social and emotional mental health and other complex needs.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow and develop with a new staff team in a newly established independent special school.
