HR Administrator - full or part time considered, minimum 3 days per week

My client is an established Independent Financial Services Company and they are looking for a dependable and motivated individual to deal with all administrative aspects of HR within a business of around 50 employees. Ideally, you will have HR administration experience, but training can be provided to the right individual. The role is office based and will report directly to the Operations Manager.

My client is willing to discuss part-time options, with a minimum of three days per week, and they are prepared to consider a higher salary in light of experience and qualifications.

Office based Mon - Fri 9.00 - 5.00pm. May be suitable for part-time working.

The Role

  • Managing employee records.
  • Oversight of third-party HR System.
  • Processing payroll and benefits, including annual salary review.
  • Administering salary sacrifice requests.
  • Coordinating recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Setting up new starter records and carrying out induction.
  • Handling reference requests (both ways).
  • Supporting employees with HR-related queries and concerns.
  • Taking and filing minutes of HR related meetings.
  • Absence monitoring.
