Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator looking for a part-time role within a dynamic team? We are recruiting for a Customer Success Administrator to support the Services Team within an established organisation.
This permanent, part-time role (22.5 hours per week) offers the opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth project coordination, contract performance monitoring, and engagement with external Associates.
 
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Service Support

  • Assist with setting up and managing service delivery projects.
  • Monitor service delivery performance, flagging any over/under delivery to the Customer Success Lead.
  • Support project close-off, gathering and collating stakeholder feedback.
  • Assist the Operations team in producing contract performance data and reports.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, PDF conversions, and data input.
  • Support the smooth onboarding and offboarding of Associates.
  • Maintain Associate engagement through newsletters, webinars, and other communications.
  • Order consumables as required.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, including Health & Safety and Equal Opportunities.
  • Maintain compliance with information security policies, supporting stakeholders where needed.
  • Follow document management and version control processes.
  • Ensure all correspondence and materials align with company branding.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, staff, and Associates.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in business support administration.
  • CRM experience (such as Salesforce) preferred but not essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Confident and professional when engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
