Our Catering Team make a difference to the care we deliver by providing a high-quality service to patients, visitors and staff in our Hospice facilities.

About the role:

We are looking to recruit a Kitchen Porter to join our catering team and help us to deliver a high-quality meal services for our patients, visitors and staff. We are proud to have been awarded a five-star rating for food hygiene.

You will have good customer service skills and enjoy working as part of a team who are committed to achieving high standards. You will be carrying out a variety of tasks including cleaning duties and basic food preparation for which full training will be given. A basic understand of food hygiene principles would be helpful.

About you:

You’ll enjoy interacting with the public and our staff colleagues and show that you have our core values (integrity, compassion, accountability, respect and excellence) at heart.

You’ll be friendly, reliable and take pride in maintaining working standards and responsibilities. No previous experience is required, but a willingness to learn.
