Marketing Assistant

We are actively recruiting for a Marketing candidate, role will be Office Based and this position is ideally suited to someone seeking 3 or 4 days per week.

Reporting to the Director the Marketing person will work closely with the Director to grow the business’ social media and brand presence, both online and offline.

The role of the Marketing Coordinator is to develop the marketing strategies of the business, coordinate marketing activities and improve social media presence on LinkedIn.

The successful candidate must have demonstrable marketing skills in a similar role, be a fantastic communicator, possess excellent organisational skills as well as the ability to come up with innovative and original ideas.

Additionally the marketing coordinator must be a strong team player willing to learn about all parts of the business to drive content ideas and content planning.

Role and Responsibilities

The main responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator is the oversee the day-to-day marketing activities and strategy of the business. This includes ensuring a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities.

  • Develop a 12 month marketing plan and track performance against it
  • Develop LinkedIn strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness
  • Content planning & scheduling
  • Create images and videos for LinkedIn posts
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and emerging platforms to keep your strategies ahead of the curve.
  • Produce compelling, high-quality content tailored to platform and audience.

·Create and coordinate branded advertising campaigns

·Developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts

·Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities

·Create, maintain, and strengthen the organisation’s overall brand through all media avenues

·Development and management of social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) for key personnel - either fully or via content planning.

Assist with the preparation of client and internal presentations
