Part Time Office Manager

We are recruiting for a part time Office Manager to join a local well-established company based in Worthing. You’ll be working 21 hours a week over 3 days and ideally, you’ll have previous experience working as an office manager or senior administrator, finance, HR or similar.

As an Office Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overlooking the day-to-day running of the office
  • Managing administrative staff
  • Handling financial tasks, such as invoicing & budgeting
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Assisting with HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding and staff development

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Previous experience in an office manager or senior administrator role

This is a part time permanent position working 21 hours per week (3 days) on an annual salary between £28,000 up to £32,000 pro rata (dependent on experience). This role is fully office based in Worthing.
