We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within the office and providing excellent support to both staff and clients. The ideal candidate will possess good organisational skills, a friendly demeanour and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties:-
Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the organisation.
Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry task accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning documents.
Utilise Sage, Excel, Word and a bespoke Access Program for running our Self Storage business.
Support the team with organisational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain an orderly office environment by keeping supplies stocked and equipment functional.
Skills:-
Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
Good knowledge of Microsoft - Word, Excel and Outlook.
Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Previous administrative experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Familiarity with Sage is a plus.
Competent in general office procedures and clerical tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a small and friendly team
