Operations Assistant

Part Time Ops Administrator (25 hours per week - Ideally Wednesday, Thursday & Friday)

Our client based in Potters bar are a SME who are experiencing growth and as such are looking for a Part time all round Administrator to assist the small but busy team.

They are a friendly and social team who are looking for ideally a local person who is a flexible to the nature of the role and happy to 'roll their sleeves up' and help.

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage engineer diaries and liaising with clients
  • Booking of engineer appointments
  • Processing of engineer job sheets
  • Data inputting
  • Obtaining supplier quotations and information for quotes and tenders
  • Produce job sheets and invoices
  • Ordering materials
  • Managing social media platforms

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Sage experience preferred but not essential
  • Social media creator experience preferred but not essential

The role is office based with hours of 9-5pm Wednesday to Friday.
