An established and highly regarded Legal firm in Epsom is seeking a Post-Completion Administrator to support the team with essential post-completion tasks. This role is ideal for an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in post-completion work within a conveyancing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) returns and ensuring timely payments
- Registering completed transactions with the Land Registry
- Managing title deeds and documents, ensuring they are accurately recorded and stored
- Handling client and lender queries related to post-completion matters
- Liaising with mortgage lenders, clients, and solicitors to resolve outstanding post-completion issues
- Maintaining and updating case management systems with key post-completion deadlines
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and legal requirements
- Assisting the wider conveyancing team with administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a post-completion or conveyancing support role
- Strong knowledge of Land Registry and SDLT submission processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office
