Our high end professional client are looking for a receptionist for 2 days a week - Fridays and Mondays - 09.00 - 18.00. Beautiful offices and friendly staff. This a permanent part time role.

Job Overview


We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing them with assistance as needed.
  • Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Support administrative staff with various tasks as required, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

  • Requirements
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
