Description:We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team on an ad-hoc supply basis. Responsibilities:

• Provide support to students with disabilities in both classroom and one-on-one settings.
• Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure the best possible educational experience for students.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or adults with disabilities within the last 2 years.
• UK-based references.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to varying needs.
• A genuine passion for supporting students with special educational needs.
