We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented recruitment administrator to join our client's team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting their department with various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
Coordinate and communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare and distribute offer letters and other recruitment-related documentation.
Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a recruitment or HR administrative role is preferred.
