Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and promote solutions.

  • Maintaining up-to-date records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Following up with prospective clients to nurture relationships and maximise opportunities.

  • Some sales experience in making outbound calls.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
  • Basic computer literacy, including MS Office proficiency.
