We have an opportunity for a GovernanceAdministrator to join ourdedicatedGovernanceTeam at SNG.

This is a Part Time role based in our Head Office inBasingstoke. You'll be working 22.5 hours a week on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

The starting salary is £14,742 - £18,243 (£24,243 - £30,000 full time equivalent)depending on experience.

The Role:

As a Governance Administrator you will be providing essential administrative, secretarial, and organisational support to the Governance team. You'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient and timely signing and sealing of documents, working closely with the Governance Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the signing and sealing process by checking and preparing legal documents execution and arranging signatures as appropriate.
• Arranging meetings as required with refreshments and room bookings and setting and clearing up the meeting room after use, including supporting the team to arrange and hold Sovereign's Annual General Meeting.
• Raising purchase order requisitions and receipting the goods.
• Coordinating incoming correspondence, dealing with routine and non-routine issues.
• Taking messages, dealing with enquiries appropriately and ensuring accurate and timely communication of messages.
• Using the internet/intranet and other sources of information in obtaining and compiling information for the GovernanceTeam.
• Provide general administrativesupport to the GovernanceTeam.

What we need from you:

You'll need previous administration experience, if you have worked within a similar role or have a keen interest in Governance or the Legal sector that would be an advantage.

You will be proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks. You'll also have a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism, which is crucial for this role.

We are also looking for:

• Accuracy and excellent attention to detail
• To be able to work efficiently to ensure queries are dealt with quickly and professionally
• To work well within in a team and on your own initiative
• A Proficient use of a variety of IT packages

You will need to be able to travel to our Basingstoke office when needed.
