Reed Ipswich Business Support are recruiting a Property Viewing Assistant on behalf of our client who are a reputable local estate agent, dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to their clients.

The Estate Agency team are passionate about helping people find their dream homes, and are now looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Viewing Assistant to join them.

Job Type: Part-time

Hours: Every Saturday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Possibility of additional ad hoc hours weekday evenings after 4:30pm)

As a Viewing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by conducting property viewings. You will be responsible for meeting potential buyers and showing them around the properties, providing them with a warm and informative experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings every Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Meet and greet potential buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.
• Answer any questions that potential buyers may have during the viewing.
• Ensure that each viewing is conducted professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and represent the estate agency in a positive manner.

Requirements:

• Must be able to drive and have a valid driver's license.
• Availability to work every Saturday.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
