The Burford Recruitment Company are working exclusively on behalf of a female entrepreneur to appoint a passionate, energetic and highly capable PA to support her business pursuits and busy lifestyle.
This role requires someone who is flexible, efficient, and able to juggle priorities with ease - all while having fun along the way!
Key Responsibilities:
Diary & Schedule Management - Ensuring a smooth and well-organised calendar.
Inbox Management - Prioritising emails and responding as required
Travel Arrangements - Booking transport, accommodation, and preparing itineraries.
Meeting Support - Organising, preparing documents, and sometimes attending to take minutes.
Basic Bookkeeping -Recording financial transactions on Xero, sending and receiving invoices, expense tracking and receipt management.
On-location Support - Attending events or locations, supporting as needed
Personal Support - Occasional errands, personal appointments, and home admin tasks.
About You:
Highly organised with great attention to detail.
Able to work at pace and manage multiple priorities.
A strong communicator - professional yet personable.
Discreet, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.
Confident with tech, including Microsoft Office, email management, and online booking systems.
A team player who is also happy working independently.
Experience using Xero, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and Asana would be highly advantageous
Positive, adaptable, and enjoys a role where no two days are the same!
The Details:
Hours: 25-30 hours per week, with some flexibility.
Location: Predominantly office-based in Burford, with some work-from-home and occasional on-location tasks.
Salary: Circa £40,000 pro rata
