We're a modern, forward-thinking accountancy practice looking for a proactive Part-TimeAdministrator to support our expanding business. The hours, and work pattern are negotiable for the right candidate, including accommodating school hours if necessary.
Experience in a professional services office, such as accounting, legal, IFA, or banking, would be beneficial.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Keeping things organised – Manage electronic filing systems, schedules, and documentation with precision.
Supporting the team – Organise meetings, appointments, and client communications.
Handling documents – Assist in preparing and editing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Client liaison – Be the friendly, efficient point of contact for client enquiries.
Ensuring smooth operations – Support the team with day-to-day admin tasks, keeping everything running seamlessly.
What We’re Looking For:
Tech-Savvy: Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and adaptable to bespoke software.
Detail-Oriented: Accuracy is key – we need someone who dots every ‘i’ and crosses every ‘t’.
Organised & Proactive: You’ll be juggling multiple tasks, so strong time management is essential.
Great Communicator: Both written and verbal skills are crucial for working with clients and the team.
Problem Solver: If you can think on your feet and work independently, you’ll fit right in!
