Job Title: Agency Ward Registered General Nurse (RGN)

Location: Various Hospitals Across Manchester - Bolton / Oldham

Salary: Competitive Hourly Rates (£24-£29 per hour)

We are looking for experienced and dedicated Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to join our agency and provide high-quality care across various hospital wards. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose shifts that suit your schedule while gaining experience in different healthcare settings.

As an agency nurse, you will work in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and care facilities, delivering excellent patient care and adapting to diverse clinical environments.

• Provide professional nursing care in line with NMC and clinical guidelines.
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans based on individual needs.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
• Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Follow infection control and safeguarding protocols at all times.
• Adapt quickly to different working environments and patient needs.

• Valid NMC Registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
• Minimum 12 months of recent ward experience (hospital, rehabilitation, or similar).
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to adapt to new environments and work with different teams.
• Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Up-to-date Mandatory Training & Immunisations (or willingness to complete).
