Join Our Team as an Order Fulfilment Operative! ??

Are you ready to jump into an exciting role where you can make a real impact? We are looking for a dedicated and organised Order Fulfilment Operative to join our dynamic team! This will be working part time 3 days a week - 8 hour days.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare daily orders and packages for shipment with precision and care. ??

• Receive incoming shipments, checking for damages and verifying the correct items.

• Record purchase orders into our computer system efficiently.

• Weigh and measure shipments to ensure they meet specifications.

• Monitor shelves and update supplies as needed-keeping everything stocked and ready!

• Maintain organised shipping records and liaise with freight companies to keep things moving smoothly.

• Handle various administrative tasks as assigned by management.

• Pack and check orders against packing slips before shipping to guarantee accuracy. ?

• Prepare and ensure the accuracy of all waybills and shipping documents.

• Work under tight daily deadlines to pick and pack orders for courier collection.

• Communicate with customers via telephone/email to confirm orders and resolve any issues.

• Receive and stock new inventory, keeping everything tidy and organised.

• Process and restock product returns efficiently.

• Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.

• Maintain organised shipping records and invoices.

Who You Are:

• You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for organisation.

• You thrive under pressure and are able to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

• Strong communication skills are a must-both written and verbal! ????

• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfilment setting is a plus.
