Known for their personalized approach and technical excellence, they have built a strong reputation serving high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses throughout the West Midlands.

The firm is seeking an accomplished tax professional to lead their personal tax department. As Head of Personal Tax, you will shape the strategic direction of the department while providing expert technical guidance on complex tax matters for the firm's prestigious client base.

• Provide strategic leadership for the personal tax function
• Manage a team of tax professionals, overseeing work allocation and performance
• Deliver specialized tax advice to high-net-worth individuals and business owners
• Oversee complex tax planning involving trusts, estates, and international matters
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and professional contacts
• Drive business development and identify growth opportunities
• Ensure the highest standards of technical accuracy and client service
• Keep abreast of legislative changes and implement processes accordingly

• Qualified tax professional (CTA essential, additional ACA/ACCA desirable)
• Minimum 8 years' experience in personal tax, with at least 3 years in a senior role
• Proven team leadership capabilities
• Extensive technical knowledge across all areas of personal taxation
• Experience advising high-net-worth clients with complex affairs
• Strong commercial awareness and business development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
