• Assist in the preparation and delivery of daily activities that support the curriculum.
• Work directly with students, providing individual support and facilitating small group sessions.
• Adapt teaching materials to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities and learning styles, particularly focusing on SEMH.
• Monitor and support the progress of pupils, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required.
• Help manage classroom resources and maintain a clean and orderly learning environment.

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role, preferably in an SEMH or behavioural provision setting.
• Strong understanding of the educational and behavioural needs of children, including those with SEMH.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications in education or a related field are preferred.
