Requirements for applicants:

• City & Guilds qualification in Legionella Risk Assessment
• Good working knowledge of ACoP L8, HSG274 and BS:8580
• Experience of risk assessing complex water systems, not just simple domestic water systems and the writing of related technical reports
• Experience of drafting schematics of water systems
• Proficiency in basic IT applications including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication
• Full UK Driving License

Duties and responsibilities:

• Carrying out Legionella risk assessments within domestic, industrial, commercial and healthcare buildings across the operational area
• Producing technical reports detailing the findings of those risk assessments, including advice and guidance, in a timely manner to our administration team
• Drafting detailed schematics that clearly represent the water systems being assessed
• Assist with the delivery of related water hygiene services as reasonably required
