As Office Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace. You will oversee facilities management, health & safety compliance, vendor coordination, and office services while supporting employee engagement and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:? Oversee office operations, maintenance, and repairs to ensure a high-functioning workspace
? Manage office budgets, suppliers, and service contracts to maintain cost efficiency
? Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and regular inspections
? Champion sustainability initiatives and implement environmentally friendly practices
? Coordinate office events, company meetings, and employee support services
? Leverage digital tools to improve processes and enhance office efficiency
