Offering a competitive salary of up to £39,000 per annum, depending on experience, this role is perfect for someone looking to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain client and office ledgers.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure balance.
• Process all transactions from the bank, including client/legal aid/other receipts.
• Handle bank transfers for invoice payments.
• Produce monthly financial status reports for the firm.
• Invoice clients and chase overdue payments.
• Manage billing and Legal Aid submissions monthly.
• Run an Excel spreadsheet for monthly forecasts.
• Submit quarterly VAT submissions.
• Liaise with external accountants for payroll.
• Coordinate with external parties for auditors and banking providers.
