Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations, ensuring strong financial controls and reporting.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Implement process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive financial strategy and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

About You

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with strong technical expertise.
• Hands-on, solutions-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Strong financial control experience, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to influence and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
• High levels of gravitas, with the confidence to challenge and drive positive change.
