Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver high-quality teaching in GCSE English and Functional Skills to a diverse group of learners.
• Assess, review, and record learner progress and maintain accurate course and learner records.
• Embed employment skills into the curriculum to enhance student readiness for the workforce.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in English or a relevant area.
• Proven experience teaching GCSE English is essential.
• Teaching qualifications are required, or candidates should be prepared to work towards obtaining these with our support.
• Open to recent graduates and individuals seeking a career change.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in IT.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
