Accountant

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Accountant to join a well-established firm of Accountants based in Morley.
You will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients alongside a highly experienced individual.

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for:

Preparation of year end accounts for a wide range of businesses, through to completion.
Assist with bookkeeping for a variety of clients.
Preparation of personal tax returns as and when required.
Opportunity to assist with some payroll aspects.

To qualify for this Accountant position, ideally you will meet the below:

Significant Practice experience working as an Accountant, feeling confident preparing statutory accounts for a range of clients.
Highly motivated individual, feeling confident managing your own workload to ensure deadlines are met.
Knowledge of SAGE and Xero would be ideal.
Knowledge of QuickBooks would be helpful, but not essential for the role.

What’s on offer?

Salary from £27,000 to £30,000 FTE
