Our wonderful client who is well established and whose customers are the heart of their business is seeking a Part Time Administrator to join the team.
Working Monday to Friday, 9.30-2.30pm and based at their offices on the outskirts of Reigate.
The role requires someone with previous administration/office experience, who has great communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative and in a team.
Duties
General administrative duties
Accounts Administration
Inputting of invoices
Filing
Covering reception and dealing with customers (when required)
Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone
Supporting the managers with ad hoc administrative duties
