Part-time Credit Controller

A Part-time Credit Controller is required to join a small but well-established company. The main part of the role will be to manage the Sales Ledger and debt collection through to litigation. This is a stand-alone Credit Control role, reporting to the Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Ledger Management: Posting sales invoices, handling invoice queries, cash allocation.
  • Credit Control: Conducting credit checks, setting credit limits, chasing overdue accounts, issuing statements, producing Aged Debtor Reports.
  • Process: Making improvements to streamline the process.
  • Support: Assisting the Finance Manager with ad hoc accounting duties.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: Previous credit control experience.
  • Skills: Good working knowledge of Excel, and experience with Sage Line 50 or 100.
