We're recruiting for a part time Administrator to join our fantastic client based in Richmond.
Working hours are 22.5 per week set at 12.30pm - 5.30pm Monday - Friday

Good IT skills (microsoft word, outlook and excel)

What you'll be doing:
Manage incoming correspondence by answering admin email inbox and sorting, scanning, and distributing postal mail
Responding to telephone calls and email enquiries in an appropriate and timely manner
Drafting, formatting, and printing relevant documents and letters
Maintaining office supplies and placing orders with suppliers as needed
Managing outgoing post, including drop-off to post office, and arranging couriers as needed
