Customer Care Operative Afternoons and Evenings 
Working hours: Monday – Thursday (14:00 – 22:00) and Friday (12:00 – 20:00)
On-site in Ipswich

• Comfortable with basic IT operating systems
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers, suppliers, and colleagues

• Manage vehicle breakdowns, defects, and recalls via phone and email
• Update VOR and breakdown boards, answer calls, and manage supplier relations
• Process estimates, ensure SLAs are met, and support colleagues with other tasks as required
