Job Description: We are looking for a friendly and organized School Receptionist with previous school experience to join our client's primary school. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting visitors, parents, and students.
• Managing phone calls and emails.
• Handling administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Coordinating with school staff and supporting daily school operations.
• Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a school environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
