As a Lettings Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring landlords and tenants receive the highest level of service while supporting a dynamic team of negotiators and property managers. This role will also include PA duties supporting the office manager with diary management and coordinating meetings. The ideal candidate will have strong property administration experience, preferably within a lettings environment. ARLA qualifications or the NFOPP Technical Award are advantageous but not essential. A keen eye for detail, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused setting are key to success in this role. A proactive approach and willingness to participate in various projects will be highly valued.
Location: Sloane Square
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience)
