Marketing and Communications Manager

Permanent, part-time (22.5 hours per week)

£19,200 (FTE £32,000) rising to £21,000 (FTE £35,000) after probationary period

They need a progressive individual who can help them meet their clients’ objectives through the promotion of their community benefit funds whilst increasing the charity’s profile within the renewable energy and other sectors.

They are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join their dedicated workforce.

As a valuable member of their small, friendly team, you will effectively communicate the successes of the community funds they manage, helping to retain their existing clients and grow the organisation through the identification of other potential opportunities.

The Marketing and Communications Manager will create value in the team by being able to effectively communicate through internal and external communications, attendance at trade and funding fairs, their website and social media channels.

As a small team, they are passionate about the service they provide to applicants, grant beneficiaries and the organisations that provide these valuable sources of funding. The ideal candidate would be committed to developing the role, be as proud as they are to work with the Group and motivated to help them continue the successful growth of the business.

This is a hybrid role with a mix of in-office and work from home and is based at our client’s Head Office in Milton Keynes (MK17 8BU), requiring the successful candidate to have their own transport as public transport is limited.
