Property Inspector – Benefits  

• Part-time position up to four days a week
• Up to £24,000 salary pro rata

Property Inspector – Duties

• Carrying out property inspections
• Completing inventories and check outs
• Supporting with viewings when required
• Some general Lettings administration when required

Property Inspector – Experience Needed 

• Previous Lettings or estate agency experience is essential
• You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills 
• You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy 
• Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount 
• A keen eye for detail
• Must have full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
