Position: Residential Conveyancer
Location: Bristol (Hybrid working option available)
Salary:£40,000 - £50,000 (plus performance-related bonus)
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and preferably qualified Residential Conveyancer to join our team in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a caseload of around 30 new residential conveyancing matters per month. You will be supported by two secretaries and will be expected to manage a variety of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring excellent client service and efficient case progression.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 30 new residential conveyancing matters per month.
• Oversee all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold transactions.
• Work closely with two secretaries to ensure smooth administration and case management.
• Provide expert advice and support to clients, maintaining strong relationships throughout the process.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and procedural requirements.
• Effectively manage time and priorities to ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Preferably a qualified Conveyancer (e.g., licensed conveyancer, solicitor, or legal executive).
• Proven experience in managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property law.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Working Arrangement:

• Hybrid working available, with a mix of office and home working.
• Competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000, dependent on experience, with the opportunity to earn a bonus based on firm profits.
