An exciting opportunity has arisen for residential support workers to join our small residential homes based in north Liverpool to assist with supporting young people providing high quality care.

The ideal candidate will hold or working towards a Level 3 or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline, with proven experience of working with young people ensuring they are supported to reach their full potential

You’ll also possess good understanding of relevant legislation, and the standards set out in the Care Standards Act 2000 and Children’s Home Regulations.

You’ll have strong interpersonal and communication skills, aspirational for young people and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
