English Lecturer

• Salary: Up to £38,186 Pro Rata (depending on experience and qualifications)

• Deliver high standards of teaching across a range of English courses, including GCSE and Functional Skills.
• Create a positive and conducive learning environment for students.
• Teach on a programme of appropriate courses.
• Assess, review, and record learner progress.
• Maintain accurate course and learner records.
• Embed employment skills into the curriculum.

• Degree in a relevant area.
• Proven experience of teaching GCSE English is essential.
• Teaching qualifications, or willingness to work towards obtaining one with our support.
• Open to recent graduates and individuals seeking a career change.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
