Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join a growing credit control company, providing top-tier credit management services to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee debtor management and credit risk assessments, ensuring high service standards and performance targets are met.
• Support clients in recovering overdue debts, guiding them through each step of the process, including legal action if necessary.
• Build strong relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in credit management.
• Provide expert guidance on credit management best practices and software use to enhance client success.
• Stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance processes and services.

• Proven experience in credit control with a solid understanding of credit management principles.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills, with the ability to identify new opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
