The Role

As our Paid Media Specialist, you’ll work closely with our Head of Digital to craft and execute high-performing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok. You'll take ownership of campaign strategy, implementation, and optimisation, helping our clients grow and thrive online.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimise Paid Media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and adjust campaigns to maximise ROI, providing in-depth insights and monthly client reports.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers, proactively addressing client needs and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Consultancy & Training: Provide expert guidance and training to clients, ensuring they get the best from their Paid Media strategies.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Liaise with web development teams to implement tracking solutions and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • New Business Support: Assist with pitches, proposals, and forecasting to drive agency growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on Paid Media experience within a digital marketing agency.
  • Multi-Channel Knowledge: Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads; familiarity with TikTok, Amazon, and Microsoft Advertising is a bonus.
  • Communication Skills: Confident in working directly with clients and stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach to campaign optimisation and problem-solving.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the bigger picture and make holistic recommendations that integrate Paid Media with other digital channels.
