Part-Time Renewals Specialist

Position Overview:

We are looking for a part-time Renewals Specialist to join our hard-working and friendly team. This role involves managing customer renewals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of renewal transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Renewals:

• Manage the end-to-end renewal process for existing customers.
• Proactively reach out to customers to discuss renewal options and address any concerns.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of renewal contracts.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high renewal rates.
• Address customer inquiries and provide support related to renewals.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.

Data Management:

• Maintain accurate records of renewal transactions in the CRM system.
• Update customer information and renewal status regularly.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate reports on renewal rates, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the renewal process.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless renewal process.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in a renewals or customer success role is desirable.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a variety of tasks.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.

Work Environment & Benefits:

• OTE between £24,000 and £30,000 (pro-rated based on part-time hours and experience).
• 23 days’ holiday per annum (pro-rated) + birthday off.
