Part-Time Head Gardener
The company is looking for an experienced Head Gardener to work as a team of two on a part time basis (Wednesday and Thursday). The company maintains over 30 gardens mostly located in North and West London, many of which were initially designed by the company.
Essential
- organised, to be able to keep to the daily maintenance-rounds schedule.
- consciencious in looking after the van and the company tools.
- good knowledge of plants, to be able to advise clients on new plants when asked.
- good communications skills, as the head gardener is the main client contact on site.
- good team worker
- clear driving licence, as a van will be provided for the gardening rounds.
Details:
Days of work: Wednesdays and Thursdays
Hours of work: 8.00 - 16.30, inclusive of 30 min lunch break
Holiday allowance: 12 days / year (prorated 30 days) plus bank holidays, with a maximum of 4 days to be taken between March and November.
